A person answers, usually within one business day. Below are the things people ask most, in case yours is here and you would rather not wait.
Email usMy subscription is not showing up
Sarto unlocks on the account you signed in with, not on the device, so the first thing to check is that you are signed in to the same account in both places. Signing in by email, by Apple, or by Google with the same address lands you on the same account.
The one case that does not line up is Apple's Hide My Email. It gives us a private relay address instead of yours, and we have no way to tell it belongs to the same person as your real address. If you subscribed on the web and then used Hide My Email on your iPhone, sign in with your email address instead and your subscription will follow you.
If you bought in the app and reinstalled it, use Restore purchases in Settings. If you bought on the web, signing in is the restore.
How do I cancel?
Cancelling stops the next charge and leaves your access running to the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Bought on the web: open Settings in the web app and choose "Manage subscription".
- Bought in the iPhone app: use your Apple ID subscription settings, at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Only Apple can cancel an App Store subscription, so we cannot do it for you.
Can I get a refund?
Often, yes. Our Refund Policy sets out when, and it is more generous than the legal minimum. Purchases made in the app are refunded by Apple; purchases made on the web are refunded by Paddle, our merchant of record, on our instruction. Email us either way and we will point you the right way.
How do I delete my account?
In the iPhone app, Settings > Delete account. In the web app, the same option in its own Settings. It removes your account and your data immediately and irreversibly, and it is never behind a paywall. If you have a subscription bought on the web, deleting your account cancels it first, so nothing keeps billing after the records are gone.
Does Sarto invent things on my resume?
No. It reorders, rephrases, and emphasizes what is already there. The server checks every change against your original and rejects anything invented, and each change arrives as a diff you can reject. You should still read every document before you send it, because only you know your own history.
